Chenango County Habitat for Humanity
If you're new to who Chenango County Habitat for Humanity (CCHH) is, take a "walk" through the site. The most valuable thing volunteers provide us with is their time. Time is life and giving us of their lives is a most precious gift.
Our Chenango County employers often have community service areas, through which their people volunteer. Employers in Chenango County, as well as adjacent counties such as Delaware County, may also give us gifts in multiple ways: monies, matching funds, equipment, grants, etc. We're grateful for the bounty you all supply.
The Fund Raisers section tells about the many events that have been held by CCHH. Many volunteers, often with the aid of generous sponsors, have gotten together dinners, concerts, the red carnation sales (discontinued now), the popular Skillet Toss game at local fairs, and the newest fun soup tasting event, the Souper Bowl.
The Who We Are section tells about us and how our affiliate is put together. The Get Involved section offers ways for you to join us, and tells you of the events that help us grow. The Donations section purpose is two-fold: to let you know how you may help us in various ways, and to honor those who have donated in special ways.
